Returns & Refund Policy

Payment Policy:

All payments are processed in USD and displayed in USD by default.

Subscriptions:

We do not engage in or provide any subscription or recurring charges. If you come across the terms "unsubscribe" or "subscribe," they solely pertain to our email marketing or SMS marketing communications and do not involve any charges. You will only be billed when making a purchase for item(s).

Clothing/Shoes Sizing:

Our clothing/shoes sizing is based on the CM/Inches chart. If a size you ordered is a S and you receive a L, this is due to formal sizing in international countries (IN Size). The IN L is a US Small. Please be assured your size will be accurate to the cm/inches chart.

The same can be applied for shoes. If a customer ordered US 9 /EU 42, the IN size may show 41 or 40, this depends on the shoe and can be clarified by contacting us. The tag or number you see on the shoes does not indicate the EU size it is our internal sizing / international sizing referenced as IN sizing.

We are not responsible if the customers orders an incorrect size for clothing or shoes as all sizes are showcased in CM/Inches for the correct fit.

Wrong Size ordered / Wrong Shipping address inputted

Please confirm your order is correct with the correct sizing based on our CM/Inches as we are not responsible for customer error after shipment. Please confirm your shipping address is correct as well. If your order needs to be adjusted and a request is sent within a 2 hour timeframe of the order, we can accommodate changes if it has not already been processed, this is not a guarantee. 

Cosmetics, Consumables, Soaps:

Please note that due to the consumable nature of some of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind for these items. We are happy to resolve any issues or concerns with a full replacement, if warranted.

Return & Exchange:

At Vallova, our utmost priority is ensuring customer satisfaction. To streamline the return process, we kindly request customers to reach out to us before initiating a return, as some couriers may provide a return address that is not associated with us, resulting in non-delivery. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds without prior confirmation of the return address given to the customer by us.

For a seamless return experience, please contact us to receive the correct return address and initiate the refund process. Please note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with return shipping. Refunds will be processed after the product has been received, inspected, and confirmed through communication.

Kindly note that our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period has elapsed.

Defective/Damaged Product

To ensure customer satisfaction, we kindly request that you notify us within 30 days of product delivery if you have received any defective or damaged items.

In order to process your claim, we will require photo evidence of the product's defect or damage. Please reach out to us via email at support@vallova.com, and our team will promptly assess your claim and provide a suitable resolution. If your claim is substantiated, we will offer either a replacement of the product or a full refund.

Returns

For your convenience, we offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for eligible product returns. Should you wish to initiate a return for a refund, kindly reach out to us via email at support@vallova.com

Please note that any costs associated with return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Upon inspection of your return case, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. It is important to note that the origin of delivery may vary for certain products, depending on the specific warehouse used for the shipping method.

Cancellation on Orders

At our company, we strive for efficient order processing, with most orders being internally processed within 1-2 hours and updates provided to customers on the same day or within a few days. If you would like to cancel your order, it is crucial to contact us promptly, although we cannot guarantee cancellations due to our swift internal procedures.

Alternatively, you have the option to refuse shipment upon delivery or get in touch with us after receiving the product if you prefer not to keep it.

Changes to Orders

To make changes to your order, it is crucial to reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that if shipping or processing has already commenced, it may not be possible to make changes.

We do not give refunds on orders with wrong addresses this is under buyer's responsibility.
